Micro Review: The Xindi hatch a plot so obvious I thought even Archer would see through it, but no. He rescues a slave who seduces him and others to get bio-information on humans so the Xindi could build a weapon to destroy them... in addition to the one they're already building, because you can never really have enough doomsday weapons.
